What you get
A subscription gives you access to the program and to anything we add to it during your subscription, for as long as it stays active. It is a license to use the material yourself. You may not share your login, resell the material, or republish it.
Billing and automatic renewal
There is one plan, charged once for 12 months. Unless you cancel, it renews automatically every 12 months at the price shown when you subscribed, charged to the card on file. We email you before each renewal.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See Refunds & cancellation.
We may occasionally offer one-time add-ons alongside the subscription. Those are single purchases: they are charged once and never renew.

Talk to a qualified professional before starting, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have or have had an eating disorder, have any medical condition, or take prescribed medication — including GLP-1 receptor agonists. Stop and seek advice if anything hurts.
Nothing here is a guarantee of a particular result. What people achieve depends on their starting point, their health, and what they actually do. Individual results vary.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. We do not market this to anyone under 18, and we will close an account if we learn the holder is a minor. If losing weight would take you to a body weight that could harm you, this is not for you — please speak to a doctor instead. Keep your login to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. We can suspend accounts that share access, abuse the service, or attempt to defraud us.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you disagree. Price changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
Liability
We provide the service as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of TO COMPLETE. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
